Just because a pool is clear doesn't mean it is safe or treated with quality chemicals. I specialize in weekly pool maintenance to keep your pool clear and safe for you and your family year round. If I have to treat your pool in such a way that will make it temporarily unsafe for you, your family, or anyone else to swim in, you will be notified and given a time when the water is once again safe to enter.

Believe it or not, pool water can be cloudy but also safe. Sometimes this can be a difficult issue to fix due to a chemical imbalance that takes time and lots of knowledge to correct. For this reason, my clients trust me to keep their water balanced properly so not only is it safe… but it glistens in the sun as if it were in a magazine.

QUALITY

If any of your equipment breaks, it's not a problem! I am an authorized dealer for Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, CMP, and many other well known, quality brands you can trust. As an authorized dealer, I have access to distribution and warranty centers that the general public does not have access to. I can have you back up and running usually in less than a day. I only sell my clients Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, etc equipment. Sure you can purchase much cheaper stuff online, but when you use quality equipment through me, you get a longer warranty and quicker repair/ replacement times. No more jumping through hoops to get things fixed or replaced. All you need to do is contact me and you’re good to go!

Quality chemicals are also extremely important. Lots of chemicals go into pool water to keep it safe and clean (yes salt water owners, you too!). It’s critical that the companies that manufacture these products create products which are effective but also safe in the long term for anyone who swims in the water to which they are added to. Every chemical I use has been put through its paces against competitors by myself and has been given feedback per my request from my clients. If any chemical gets a single negative comment from myself or any of my clients, it’s out. Over time, I have built a list of preferred chemicals that both my clients and I love.

My goal is to break the stereotype of your typical pool service business. If it rains, I'm still honoring your visit unless there’s lightning nearby or I have to do electrical work. You will be rescheduled for the very next day that is acceptable for the type of work I need to do. If it's cold, I'm still on my way. If I'm running late, I will let you know. If I can't make it - which rarely happens - I will let you know and reschedule you the day before or after your original date. If you’re a maintenance client of mine and you need me to do something for you late at night, call me. I am more than happy to help my clients when they need something. When I come to your home to clean your pool, I don't just shock it – your water is fully tested and all chemicals necessary are added to it to have it in optimal condition. Trust is another huge factor when it comes to being in this business. If my clients don’t trust me, I am doing something wrong. I go to their home when they aren't there, I know the codes to their gates and sometimes their entry doors, and I have keys to their home. All keys are locked securely. All codes are stored securely on password protected and encrypted devices. If I ever have to enter a client’s home when they are not there, I am on the phone with the client until I am out of their home and the door is locked. Having someone trustworthy perform your pool service is essential as you do not want to worry about someone being at your home while you are sleeping in, on vacation, at work, or anywhere else but your home. I love animals... if your little (or big) friends are around when I’m at your home, they will definitely get my attention and slightly extend my time in your pool area.
